The Mon Sheong Retirement Living centres under construction along Woodbine Avenue, north of Highway 7, near Apple Creek Blvd, have been moving rapidly.
The mid-rise block has seen the pre-fabricated concrete modules lifted into place over the winter months, and the exterior cladding has been installed, with interiors underway.
The high-rise block has seen the pre-fabricated concrete modules lifted into place and is also well on its way in terms of the “bones” of the building.
