Bayview Village is having its previous north east parking lot demolished and the land repurposed for mid-rise residential.
A 3 to 4 storey below grade hole has been dug in the western portion of the site with site works in progress on the eastern portion of the site.
Construction is progressing rapidly with many construction crews and machinery on site.
