675 Progress Avenue is a 4 block, high-rise mixed-use development in Scarborough, outside of the Scarborough Town Centre. It will be in close proximity to the future Scarborough Subway Extension and be located in a neighbourhood that supports active transportation such as bicycling.

We provided conceptual design of the block and master planning as well as preparation of the initial submission for Official Plan Amendment which includes plans, elevations, and sections.
