Yonge and Sheppard New Construction

The previously vacant south-west corner of Sheppard Avenue and Yonge Street now has activity. There is a large construction project with a building crane and a large excavation pit. The developer is Menkes as named on the construction crane, and there are also site offices located in portables above the sidewalk.

Our latest mid rise addition to the waterfront is another design by the Danish architectural firm, 3XN. This is a building rife with details and massing to stimulate the current and future community. The balcony railings have a curved wave form in plan and in elevation with the different picket widths.

The exterior precast cladding for the 63-91 Montclair Avenue residences have been installed, and have begun to form an enclosure for the building. The vertical indents to form the pilasters is now visible and help to create visual interest in the facade.
