5 Glen Cameron Drive is a conceptual plan and master plan for a 2 tower, high-rise residential and retail and office podium building. The design features retail at grade and space for a large format grocery store at the east end of the site.

We designed and programmed the site with the client and submitted in an initial zoning bylaw amendment package to the City of Markham for approval.
