M5 Condominiums is the fifth phase of a seven-phase master planned development by Rogers Development group. It is a 35 storey tower on a 5 storey podium with townhouses and retail at grade. The building features a two-toned black and white rectangular grid and faces a new public park.

We provided conceptual design of the exteriors and architectural design of the plans, elevations, and sections for initial submissions for zoning bylaw amendment and site plan approval.
