The Pan Am Games Athletes Village Bid involved the master plan and concept design for multiple blocks of housing for athletes during the 2015 games held in Toronto. The design brief requested that the housing be convertible for after the games into affordable and market units and to create a new and comprehensive community for the City.

We were part of a bid team from Sinclair van Nostrand and Bregman + Hamann Architects and responsible for the design, coordination, and drawings production of one of the blocks.
