The South Forest Hill Residences development is a two tower 18 – 21 storey condominium with an 8 storey podium. Located near the Forest Hill village on Spadina Road on Montclair Avenue, the project provides around 400 units at various sizes ranging from 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. The building is clad in a precast concrete with vertical striped indents to create a shadow effect. The ground floor facing the main street has townhouses with patios to animate the sidewalk.

We were the designer and project manager during the conceptual design stage, coordinating with consultants and clients to achieve City Approvals through the mediation and site plan approvals process.
