The Dufferins is a mixed-use high-rise residential project in Toronto, Canada. It is within a Protected Major Transit Station Area, near the Yorkdale and Lawrence West Toronto Transit Commission Stations.

There is a central park and publicly owned private space on the site with two new right-of-ways. There are eight 18-26 storey towers on the site with 8-11 storey podiums, divided into 4 blocks.

The rectilinear design on the north site makes use of a staggered zigzag pattern with a diagonal directionality. The patterns serve to emphasize the massing and setbacks in the form.

The curvilinear design on the south site makes use of curves in the tower plan and in the balcony railing elevations. The curves differentiate the two sites and create a visual contrast to the surrounding context and developments.
