Untitled Toronto is a three-tower high-rise rental and condominium development on Broadway Avenue in the Yonge-Eglinton neighbourhood. It is part of a series of revitalization projects on Broadway Avenue, with new rental replacement units and new condominium units replacing existing rental housing stock. The redevelopments coincide with the under construction Line 5 Light Rail Transit line along Eglinton Avenue.

We worked on the concept design and City of Toronto approvals to coordination during the construction drawings process.

The project involved a collaboration with musician and fashion designer Pharrell Williams, and his song ‘Gust of Wind’ was used to inspire the sound wave form for the balconies.
